The whiskey’ No. 1s are my second pair of Chisos boots. I discovered Chisos after wearing other brands for years. The superior level of quality and comfort was immediately noticeable compared to the other brands. Further more, Chisos are now as symbolic as pockets are on pants in my attire. You’ve got a customer for life and I mean it. Keep up the great work guys! You’re different for a reason.

My father grew up on a farm during an era when tales of the Great American West dominated the silver screen. For him, cowboy boots weren't just a fashion statement; they were a part of everyday life. There were the boots that worked on the farm, boots that went out on Saturday night, and boots for church the next morning.

When my father passed, he left me an impressive collection of cowboy boots. The collection ranged from modern boots to those dating back to the 1970s from several major makers. I wear the same size boots as my father did, so I began wearing them on occasion; since then, I have become a bit of a connoisseur, perhaps even what you would call a "boot fanatic."

A few weeks ago, I bought my first pair of Chisos. To say I have been impressed so far would be an understatement. They meet or exceed the build quality of any other boots I own, regardless of price point. These Chisos are built like tanks while still maintaining a refined appearance. Inside and out, they hold their own against boots that cost three times as much. They are the kind of boots that you could leave to your son or daughter one day.

Are they comfortable? If I have any serious walking to do that day, I'm wearing the Chisos.

I will soon be adding another pair of Chisos to my collection.

I want to start by saying thank you for the best customer service. I ordered a pair of boots and had ordered the wrong size. I emailed and called and spoke to Gannon. He was extremely helpful and nice. He sent me a shipping label. I had the new boots at my house in two days. My wife called me to tell me that she had to open the box because her girlfriends wanted to see these boots that made our dining room smelled like a saddlery. The boots are very well made and no need to worry about breaking them in. From the minute you put them on they are so comfortable and good looking.

These are hands down the most comfortable boots I've ever had! It took a couple of tries to get the right size, but the folks at Chisos worked with me. I wear an 8 1/2 in Redwings and a 9 in athletic shoes, but I had to go to a 9 1/2 in these, so the sizing advice didn’t really work. In the end, though, these boots fit and feel fantastic!

First pair, Chisis #2 right out of the box the most comfortable footwear I have, not just boots. Crazy thing is with each wear they get even more comfortable. A believer and customer for life.

I can’t remember a time when boots fit this good right out of the box. I’m sure they’ll fit even better after the break-in period. The workmanship on the boots is fantastic. I wish the boots had a rubber type sole as walking on dry grass in the pastures, a lot of slipping occurs. I’ll probably have a set of shoe savers applied. The customer service is wonderful as it took several tries to get the right fit for me. Thank you for a great boot and customer service!

I found Chisos boots online, while being cut in half on a Youtube video. The high quality materials used and the craftsmanship got high ratings. Good enough for me! I went on the Chisos website and asked a few questions. To my amazement I got a response back in a few minutes, via text message. Asked AND answered in record time. This is the way all companies should treat their customers! Thank you for the military discount! It is much appreciated.

I placed my order (No. 2s, of course) at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I got the usual order confirmation via e-mail. Thank you. But 30 minutes later, I got a UPS confirmation that my order was on its way. Chisos picked, and packed my order within 30 minutes! WoW!

When my boots arrived, they fit me to a T, like they were made just for me. They were comfortable right out of the box, and they keep getting more comfy every time I wear them.

I am writing this review from day 3 of stagecoach! From the moment I ordered my boots I received nothing but great help. Initially, I ordered the wrong size but that was quickly remedied. I had back surgery two years ago and have struggled with finding comfortable footwear that doesn’t hurt my back. These boots are the most comfortable pair of footwear that I own. Standing, walking, and even dancing. These boots are a must have!

Just received my Number 1s last week. Right out of the box they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Been wearing them since, and now that they’re broken in they’re more comfortable than my sneakers.
Will be ordering another pair soon.

I recently ordered a pair of No. 6’s, and let me tell you…my feet have filed an official complaint against all of the other footwear I own. From the moment I slipped them on, it was like my feet were being hugged by tiny, confident leather cowboys whispering, "We've got you." No break-in period? Check. Supreme comfort? Double-check. The leather is so fine, I half expect it to start singing country ballads at sunset. These boots didn’t just walk into my life, they two-stepped in, stole the show, and left every other shoe and boot in my closet feeling insecure. Buy them. I've been pulling on boots since I was a kid, and these Chisos stand out from all the rest. Everyone knows they're comfortable, but they're also a damn hard working boot. I retired a couple of years ago, but these boots make me want to get back out and work the ranch some more! I've worn them every day since they arrived with no pain or break-in period... just solid performance and a few nice compliments.

These boots are absolutely fantastic! I’ve tried on every boot brand sold at the western stores around Houston and nothing comes close to the comfort and quality of Chisos. My experience at the store in Austin was equally as great and well worth the drive! To put it simply, I will never waste my time or money on other brands from here on out. The number of compliments I’ve gotten on these boots is crazy…I’ll be buying the number 2s next time I’m in Austin! I usually wear work boots. I got the #6 brushed brown as my first pair of cowboy boots and from the second I saw them in the box I knew I was hooked. I put them on and felt like a different man. They fit true to my brannock size and feel great. I can’t stop looking at them when I’ve got them on. I’m already eying the #1s. Love these boots love the company!
