Chisos No. 1

The boot quality is unmatched. Im so glad I found Chisos. For the #1 they do not have a wide selection, so even though I went up a size the left foot was still tight. I normally wear a 9.5 wide. I ordered the 9.5 and had to send them back. The process was super simple. When the 10's arrived they fit perfect on the right foot but the left will need time to stretch out. I will order another pair in the 9.5 wide soon. But I loved the #1 pointed toe. This place has excellent service, and the boots are well constructed. When they are on your feet, you know your wearing a quality boot that will last a lifetime.

I bought a pair of boots but they were too small. After speaking with the customer service team, they recommend the correct size and started the return process. The return was a really easy process.

The new pair was a perfect fit. The chisos No. 1 is a very comfortable boot. The heel is taller than my other boots which was a surprise.

The only thing I regret is returning the stickers and koozie with the small boots. The new pair didn't have any of those small goodies.

These were a gift for our son. He loves them.

Quality is excellent. Problem for me is sizing. I wear a size 12D but for whatever reason, I ordered a 12.5D boot from you folks. On trying the boots on, they were extremely tight. I should have returned the boots and tried a 13D. I wear Rios and Lucchese boots in a size 12D and they fit great. I going to try to have your boots stretched as much as possible. All my fault, not yours. You may inform your prospects your boots run small.

Built like a brick shithouse. A little more snug than my brushed brown no.2s, but will break in nicely. Well made boots that will last a lifetime. Can’t wait for the whiskey restocks!

I never experienced fitting discrepancy from one foot to the other before trying these boots. With the Chisos No. 1 , my left is a bit loose and the right one is too tight. I managed to stretch the right toe box with a shoe stretcher and barely got away with it. I should have chosen half a size bigger- but then the left one would have been even looser, requiring extra insole volume.

Beautiful boots and fit like they were custom made. Leather is soft , color is striking, and oh so comfortable! Keep up the good work!

Was worried about ordering the wrong size! But gave them an email told them the uk sizes I normally wear and the boots fit perfect. Awesome first pair next ones will head over to the store.

Ordered my number ones in my normal size of 11D but when they arrived (really fast shipping) I found that they were really tight through the vamp. Was really worried that even through wear and stretching they wouldnt get to where they would be comfortable. Returned them and got the 11.5D and the return process was easy. The new ones fit much better and I have worn them a few times to work and got some great compliments. Love the number ones to go along with my roughout number twos which by the way are a size 11D and fit great. I think the round toe just makes the vamp area just slightly to small for my foot. Love my Chisos boots!!!
