Easy on, easy off, hard to forget
Designed with a low profile and a sleek silhouette, the Chisos No. 7 brings a whole new ease to the cowboy boot experience.
But don’t let the zipper fool you: this boot’s built Chisos tough. The No. 7 holds its shape while breaking in with surprising comfort. The signature toe bug just the right touch of character, while the red stripe on the heel ties it back to the rest of the Chisos family.
Your Chisos boots will last decades with appropriate attention. The vamp (leather surrounding the foot) and leather shaft require only minimal care. Condition this leather about once every three months. Store in a cool, dry location and take a day off between heavy uses to allow the insides to properly dry.
The leather soles of your boots are designed to wear out and be replaced, much like the brakes on your pickup truck. Your mileage will vary depending on conditions of use, your weight, and your walking style. Avoid repeated exposure to water and excess moisture. When needed, a cobbler can perform a full resole and heel replacement.
To extend the life of new soles, have a cobbler apply a rubber sole saver upon receipt. No matter what, physics is going to win against leather soles and stitching. To slow the process, a cobbler can add some rubber to mitigate.
I’m impressed, having wore Luchasse Company Store boots & all other better brands I put Chisos first ( in # 7) so far in comfort eyc . I also ride & spurs sit well on them. I ordered a second pair. BK
Great fit, very comfortable and easy break in.
Most beautiful boot I have ever put on my feet. I have also never had a boot be so comfortable right out of the box.
I was a little concerned that mail order boots may not live up to what was said in the advertisements. But, I figured I would return them if they weren't what I expected. They showed up right on time and they are Awesome! High quality materials and workmanship. And, they fit great. I am still breaking them in and I can tell they will be very comfortable for years!
Very comfortable boots. My first day wearing them, I gave a three hour lecture and was comfortable the whole time. I got half a size bigger than my usual size as my regular size was a bit tight.
Fantastic quality and comfort.
These No. 7's are my second pair of many future pairs of Chisos. My first pair are 5 years old and have been incredible and these new No. 7's are no different. These are my first ever pair of rough-outs. They are comfortable from the first step needing virtually no break-in, and like the mountains they are named after, they are beautiful and incredibly constructed! Love Texas, do right, Red Stripe for life!
Best boot I’ve ever owned
I really liked the style but unfortunately they're too narrow. Great boots otherwise. Already went up a half size to try and get a better fit. They didn't have wider widths in the boot I like.
Hell yeah brother
