I had an all around great experience - buying them in-store was easy and fun, very helpful and friendly staff (free drinks and koozies!) and the boots fit perfectly/have been super comfortable from the very first time I wore them. Highly recommend! Also I kind of just want to go hang out at their store even when I'm not buying boots...

They fit well when first put on. My right foot is slightly larger than my left around the big to so it was a tad snug as expected. As with all boots and shoes they do require some break in, but with these not that much.

The price does make you pause for a minute, but I’m happy I bought them and would do so again. Build quality is excellent.

First the team at Chisos is excellent & very helpful. I had to exchange because of sizing & they made the process super smooth. When I got the boots (#2's in Brushed Brown) the first thing you really do notice is the leather aroma. It is intoxicating & wonderful. The boot themselves are so nicely made & just a great looking boot. Comfort is next level & within a week have conformed perfectly to my feet & are exceptionally comfortable. If your on the fence do your self the favor & just buy them. Trust the team at Chisos because they have a special handmade boot that is totally worth the price. Ill be rocking mine for good here in NY & I will be ordering a 2nd pair in black soon.

I'm not a rancher, cowboy or rodeo pro, but I know a little something about quality leather products, and these Chisos boots are up there, especially at this price point. I've owned Dan Post and Justin boots years ago (not a pleasant experience) and currently have 3 Tecova Ropers and a pair of Ariat work-style boots I like quite a bit. But I was looking for an "apex" full-on cowboy boot that would outlast me, and I believe the Chisos are it.
The insoles are as advertised - extremely comfortable. For a larger guy like me (6'3", 350) the comfort of an all-day boot makes or breaks it. Chisos are basically transparent in that regard - perfect.
Leather and sole are clearly a cut above the big-name brands. Styling and stitchwork is top-notch. Beautiful deep color leather that has almost no break-in needed. I didn't have to wait forever to get my pair in-stock, and shipping was prompt and efficient. Nice storage bags for each boot top it off.
Would I buy Chisos again?
Absolutely ... though I'm hoping the normal round-toe become available in EE width for #1's.

I first bought a pair of No. 1 and No. 2 in D width and went a half size up. This didn't quite work for me. When I saw Will was offering the No. 2 in EE width I snatched this pair up. They difference in fit is amazing. If the black No. 2 is offered in EE width I will snatch up a pair of them too. The snap when you put these boots on is better than anything on the market. The quality of the boot is higher than any other western boot on the market bar none. I highly recommend them, however if you have a wide foot you must wait to get the EE width and do not settle for the D width. Will, seriously, off the EE width on every line.

Comfortable from the first time I wore them and I get compliments every time I wear them. Will and the Chisos’ team provide excellent customer service and have built an exceptional brand.

Really pleased. Awesome quality leather, beautifully distressed, with no loose stitching anywhere. Only worn a few times but feels completely broken in already. Will buy other offerings when they come out. Looking forward to some exotic skins.. Well done Chisos!!

I always wear my boots wherever I go and wherever I go I get alot of compliments about my boots, very comfortable and seeing how they were handcrafted to be durable, I know they'll last me my whole life

Look great! Feel great, right out of the box! Very comfortable! I went for a 2 mile walk on concrete the other day with my kids. They asked about the comfort of my new boots, and were very surprised when I told them how comfortable they were. Keep up the good work Chisos!!

Expensive but worth the money.
Very well made, perfect fit, easy break in. I'm 67 so my new Chisos should last until I'm in the ground.
