Big Bend National Park

"There’s a vastness here and I believe that the people who are born here breathe that vastness into their soul. They dream big dreams and think big thoughts, because there is nothing to hem them in."⠀
– Conrad Hilton

Conrad wasn't wrong when he described Texas and those peculiar people who inhabit its lands.

Lush mountains surrounded by arid landscapes. Undeniable community built by individualists. A certain type of person identifies with such a contrarian place.

For those who do—and since you're here, we can safely assume you count yourself amongst such a crowd—Big Bend National Park represents the utmost of those contradictions.

Whether you've pilgrimaged to those sacred Chisos Mountains or have yet to do so, we happily share the following images in hopes that they remind you of something buried deep within.

Our love for the great state of Texas—and enthusiasm for cowboy boots—motivates just about all that we do. On this blog, we write about community stories, local news and what goes into making the best damn comfortable cowboy boots money can buy. Y'all make it possible for our little boot shop to exist.
