Chisos No. 2

These are the first cowboy boots I've owned and, in the best way, I fear it's probably downhill from me. These are the real deal. I've had these (in Magic Black) for about 3 months now and they've become my favorite go-to boots to wear, beating out my combat boots, Chelsea's, etc. They're instantly comfy, amazing construction and I can already tell these boots will probably outlive me. I will note that since these are cowskin, they do stretch a small amount and found myself having to buy thin leather insoles to tighten them up for my preference. So definitely get these boots in whatever sneaker/running shoe size you wear and possibly a half size down if you prefer a super snug fit like I do. Also, if you plan to walk around with them a lot like if you live in a city, consider adding rubber sole savers like I did which also help with rainy concrete and floors.

Shout out to Chisos' customer service for giving amazing advice, recommendations and even helping with a size exchange. They were quick to help and got my size exchanged at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, yes, these are pricy but I'll be honest and say they're an investment and worth every penny.

Took maybe 3 days to break in. Arch support is amazing. I have high arches so if my feet hurt at the start of the day, wearing these, rather than being more uncomfortable over time, it fixes any pain. Great for all day daily wear. Don't think I've been able to wear these a single time without getting a compliment on them. Plus Chisos is about as cool a company as could be and it's a great family to be a part of.

So good looking, so high quality, so comfortable, and amazing customer service. What more could you ask for??? After a small mixup with shipping they made things right and then some, I am so impressed. Gannon deserves a raise. I wish that I had an excuse to buy all of them.

First day wearing them I caught myself thinking “damn, these are comfortable boot.” Also Juan is a legend. Above and beyond customer experience. He probably could’ve upsold me 2 boots…

I really like the color of the boots and the toe shape. They are comfortable and fit well. The only thing I would change is the heel. I prefer a roper/walking heel. If you were to combine the toe of the #2 and the heel of the heel of the #6 you would have the perfect boot (in my opinion).

I have a lot of western boots. I've zeroed in on 2 or 3 bookmakers that I enjoy and rotate often. These Chisos #2 Roughout boots are the bomb! The fit and feel of quality workmanship does not go unnoticed. They quickly rose to be my favorite, so much so, that I immediately ordered a pair of #2 in brushed brown leather. I should have those in a couple days because Chisos doesn't waste time shipping out product. Buy a pair and join the fun of owning a superior pair of western cowboy boots!

The boots broke in after a few wears and they are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. Customer service is second to none as well. I can’t recommend these boots enough, you won’t regret it.

I have to admit, I've had them all and these are defiantly a step above the rest in my opinion. Talk about a comfortable fit. The size is correct and the quality and craftsmanship is above par. I do have to say I had to have the heel cut down a 1/4 of an inch, as I get older the taller heel isn't so comfortable for all day wear, but after I did that I have to say there as close to perfect of a boot as you can get, well worth the $$$.

I was visiting Austin for a very special event when I happened into the Chisos store. I was so amazed at the history and the attention to the quality of these boots that I had to try a pair on. Once I walked around the store I couldn’t believe how comfortable these boots were. I have other cowboy style boots but there was no comparison to the fit or feel of these. I didn’t intend to buy any boots at all. I had stopped in because I saw them on social media but once they were in my feet I had to have them. I wore them for the next 3 days straight well over 12 hours each day. Amazing comfort. If you’re looking for boots these are the ones. !
