I’ve owned many pairs of boots, all major brands…have paid more or less for others. These are by far the most comfortable and the highest quality I’ve ever seen…

My entire closet smells like fine leather after having these in there for 2 days.

When it comes to buying anything, I will spend hours upon hours doing my research and making sure the product I buy is the absolute best - for the money. I will say that you get what you pay for with Chisos, and I mean that in the best way possible. I ordered the Chisos #6 and the quality and comfort is second to none. I was a little hesitant to drop so much cash for a pair of boots, but when I received them, I was immediately pleased and had absolutely NO buyers remorse.

When it came to size, I didn't exactly make the best decision and had to return the first order. Chisos customer service is incredible and they made the return process extremely easy.

I wear a size 11 in Nike tennis shoes, so I ordered a half size down - but that was wrong in my case. I emailed Chisos and explained the situation. I told them that I also wear an 11 in Ariat's Benchmade Roper. The Chisos rep suggested that I choose an 11 1/2 instead.

I completed the exchange and received my larger boots in less than a week. They fit PERFECTLY! Hopefully, that will help in some way for those concerned about size.

Just buy the boots. Don't worry about getting the size wrong - Chisos will help you figure it out and they will take care of you. The boots are incredible and look amazing. It's only been a few days for me, but I get compliments on them every single day.

Took the plunge and bought my first pair of Chisos (#2 in Brushed Brown) and all I can say is WOW! The look of them is amazing, the weight and attention to detail is second to none, and when you slip them on for the first time, they feel like home right away. They are only getting better with every wear as well. I have already purchased another pair (#7 in Whiskey) and looking forward to adding more to my boot arsenal. Keep up the good work!

Plenty of online enthusiasm. These boots delivered. The best arch support, achieved with traditional leather and no foam or plastic hiding under the hood. Truly the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Beats Lucchese hands-down, they should be ashamed.

I had been looking at Chisos for awhile online and decided to purchase. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The boots have a simple classic style. Yes they are comfortable from the start. So comfortable that I decided to purchase 2 more boots, the #6 in brushed brown and #7 in whiskey. The #2 is great boot and after several weeks in my rotation I can it works for different occasions. The only issue which is minor is the circumference of the tops for jeans that are on the narrower side for the leg opening. But they are perfect for boot cut and larger straight taper jeans. The footbed is legit. The boots IMHO are much better made than Tecovas on par with my ML Leddy’s vaquero line of boots.

Highest quality boots I've ever had. A boot cobbler in Kansas City agreed. Don't take my word for it. Check YouTube and other reviews and see for yourself. Still need to break them in but plenty comfy right now. Juan, the store manager, took care of me and was very helpful. Thanks Juan.

I own a $1100 pair of Lucchese great boot. Bought six pair of Tecovas at one time big mistake should just purchased one pair first. I gave away all my Tecovas. Chisos is by far the best boot I have ever owned. The quality and softness of the texture is amazing unprecedented it’s like a gloves on my feet!

No. 2 Whiskey. I have the same boot in dark brown and love them. The fit is wonderful and I can’t wait to complete the break-in process ( it’s very quick and easy). I’m glad I made this investment.

I was looking for a good pair of ropers, and these boots go above and beyond what I could have imagined! They were shipped super fast, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The leather, the craftsmanship, and the overall aesthetics are simply amazing!

I live abroad and couldn't try the boots on (big shout-out to Chisos for being one of the few boot companies that ship outside the US, by the way), so I had to make sure they fit on the first try. My true size is 7.5, but after looking at the fit guide, I was worried that a size 7 would be too small.
Well, let me tell you — the folks at Chisos not only replied to my email in under thirty minutes, but they were kind enough to advise me to buy a size 8 and explained why they no longer make half sizes. The boots fit perfectly with thick socks, and they are so. damn. comfortable. They broke in super fast, and I wear them as much as possible.

I will definitely be buying more boots from Chisos — and yes, they are worth every penny and more. If you're on the fence, don't be — just buy them. And if you need any information, just contact Chisos; they reply super quickly and are always helpful!

The only "downside" I can think of (and it isn’t really a downside per se, I'm simply nitpicking) doesn’t have anything to do with the boots themselves, and I can’t blame Chisos either — their decision makes total sense. I just wish they would produce half sizes again, so I could wear their boots with regular socks (probably better during the summer). But because they do fit well with thick socks, I can't — and won't — complain.

These boots are extremely nice. The leather has this sheen that makes them look premium and of high quality. Break in time is close to none. The red line in the heel is a touch of distinction that sets them apart from others. It’s all about the details!

These boots are even better than I expected after seeing so many positive YouTube videos. Extremely comfortable and they look awesome. I have wide feet and typically wear a 12 leather dress shoe. I had to get 12.5 and these were a great fit.

I don't support businesses just because they're small - that's not a compelling reason to me. I support businesses that deliver exceptional customer service and superior products, which is exactly what Chisos does.

Nothing frustrates me more than companies whose entire pitch is "support small business." That's not a business model, and it doesn't benefit me as a customer. A real business model is creating the highest quality, most comfortable boots available AND backing them up with outstanding customer service.

These boots are genuinely the best quality you can buy right now - not just for the price, but compared to any boot at any price point. They're incredibly comfortable, and the team is excellent to work with. That's why I'm a customer.

Chisos are truly amazing boots. Craftsman ship, leather quality are top notch. I’ve bought 4 pair between #2’s, Ropers and the #7. I must say zipper boots aren’t usually boots I like, however the #7’s are my new favorite go to boot! Hope they come out in all the colors. I’ll be buying again.

I have always wanted to own a pair of lifelong boots that would carry me through my adventures, work and walks with my dog. Chisos boots have gone beyond what I thought could be found in a cowboy boot. These are the baddest and coolest boots I’ll ever own until Jesus takes me home or He comes back.

I want to start by saying I bought a few different boots of the competitors to be fair, with plans to return what didn’t live up to standard. But I’m keeping my Chisos; they are far above what I expected. The Chisos are more comfortable than I thought possible, and work in every situation that I’ll find myself in. I sized to my athletic shoe size and they fit great. They are more snug at first than most, and loosen up with wear— everywhere but the toes— to fit you like a glove. It’s hard to describe how different they are and how much more comfy they feel than most other boots. The look really does work for country or city. They are rugged, yet refined. And they work for all day wear. It was not a cheap price to pay, but in the end it’s hard to argue with them. I’m genuinely not sure who would make a better boot (other than perhaps full custom, and even then I’m not sure it would be better) than this, at this time. I read nearly every review out there and watched about every video on these on YouTube. Most people love them, and I do now too. I genuinely thought people had to be paid for all these good reviews and here I am— very much unpaid— leaving a glowing review as well. They are worth getting your hands on!
